Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University is looking for quotes from local hotel properties to provide rooms for our guests. These guests range from fellow academic colleagues to quest speakers to potential job candidates, etc. We are looking to fulfill lodging needs for all three of our University campuses (Belknap, Health Science Center and ShelbyHurst). The University is soliciting Bids from local hotels for the following items: • Hotel rooms nights at a negotiated, discounted rate (which should always be lower than any advertised public rate like American Automobile Association (AAA), American Association of Retired Persons (AARP), government, etc.) • Amenities offered or included in the rate, such as: Wi-Fi access, hotel parking, shuttle transportation to/from the Louisville International Airport and UofL campuses, breakfast/snacks, early check-in, late check-out, no cancellation fees, etc. Hotel or Bed and Breakfast proximity to each campus. • Any additional amenities available to be considered. • Any details relating to meeting space availability • Specific details relating to corporate reward programs and personal rewards programs/loyalty memberships that will pertain to the stays
