Specifications include, but are not limited to: Eastern Kentucky University is requesting services from a qualified consultant to provide leadership training, team building exercises, and professional development to University student athletes, coaches and coaching staff in the areas of women's softball, soccer and volleyball. Services should be a mix of virtual and in-person meetings/sessions. Regarding in-person meetings, the expectation is that softball should receive two (2) inperson visits, soccer should receive one (1) in-person visit, and volleyball should receive one (1) in-person visit. Offeror should upload a full proposal that outlines a complete program plan that details offered services and a timeline of services. It is the intent of the University to award one (1) Contractor, however, if in the best interest of the University, the University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple Contractors. No executed contract will be exclusive.
