Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to procure a full set of services that will capture images, produce AAMVA compliant credentials and temporary cards, integrate with VISION and provide support for the workstations and central production environment. The NH DMV’s goal is to provide the full complement of motor vehicle related transactions at NH DMV customer service counters throughout the state. This requires a workstation to support the ICW as well as VISION and MAAP systems. VISION is comprised of a modifiable Commercial-Off-the-Shelf based fully functional motor vehicle software solution suite built on a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and configured with Tech Mahindra’s Motor Vehicle Enterprise Solution (MOVES) framework. MAAP (Municipal Agent Automation Project) is a motor vehicle online registration and titling system used by the NH DMV in Concord, and several NH DMV substations. The MAAP system performs both new and renewal of vehicle registrations, titling of vehicles, and the processing of payments for these transactions.
