Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES), Wastewater Engineering, MtBE Remediation, and Hazardous Waste Remediation Bureaus, invite the submission of qualifications and cost proposals to perform laboratory analytical services as necessary to identify and quantify requested analytes including, but not limited to, metals, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), semivolatile organic compounds (SVOCs), pesticides/herbicides, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), hazardous waste characteristics, inorganic constituents, dioxins, bacteria, radiologicals, and for any combination of the preceding as specified by NHDES from various environmental sample matrices. Analysis shall be by US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved or accepted methods, or other methods as specified/authorized by the NHDES.
