Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must create reports of landscape-levelfunctional assessments using NWIPlus data by watershedsegments, starting with the Missisquoi basin. This analysis shallinclude the creation of a geospatial model for analyzing theLLWW attributes of the wetland polygons. The Contractor mustalso create reports of additional analyses for the NWIPlus and proposed/completed VSWI edits by basin.The additional analyses report shall include the following: Differences between previous and new NWI;differences between VSWI and VSWI edits; wetland extent per town, county, watershed; overlap withother resources (prime ag. soil, natural community, river corridor, wetland potential layer, etc); analysisof areas ground-truthed; description of wetland types more likely missed from mapping; suggested areasfor improvement. The selected contractor will create a webtool for the public to view the statewidefunctional assessment. This webtool will include a way for the public to view the functions of thewetlands in their area to gain a greater appreciation and awareness. The webtool is envisioned to be anArcGIS Online application.
