Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation, (hereinafter “State”) seeks proposals from contractors to survey and develop service line inventories and replacement plans at community public water systems and non-transient non-community (NTNC ) systems. The purpose of the surveys is to identify all known and unknown service line material on both the water system-owned side and the customer-owned side and to assist water systems in meeting the Lead and Copper Rule Revision compliance directives by October 16, 2024. The contractor will receive water system and customer survey contacts on a rolling basis over the contract term. The water systems selected for this project will be required to work with the contractor to help make the program successful. The contractor must contact each of the selected water systems to schedule site visits and coordination of research for the inventory and replacement plan.
