Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Quonset Development Corporation (QDC) is seeking a QUALIFIED Design-Builder for the design and construction of the Terminal 5 Pier (the T5 Pier) at the Port of Davisville (the Port). The Design-Builder shall have experience designing and constructing new piers, including but not limited to furnishing and installing steel pipe piles, cast-in-place/pre-cast concrete bent caps, precast concrete planks, cast-in-place concrete topping slabs, steel grate decking, mooring & breasting dolphins, mooring hardware, fender systems, and electrical/lighting infrastructure for similar heavy-civil/marine projects. In addition, the Design-Builder shall have experience in dredging since dredging will be completed in conjunction with the proposed T5 Pier construction.
