Specifications include, but are not limited to: removal, disposal, and replacement of 32 windows in the Public Safety Building at the Barrister Campus located at 7200 Barrister Drive. • The contractor shall be responsible for the removal, disposal, and replacement of 32 windows using the Trifab VersaGlaze Framing System. Contractor to determine the appropriate size Trifab VersaGlaze framing system and installation depth appropriate for each window. • The contractor shall replace the window tinting with non-tempered colored glass as part of the windows. • All openings shall be closed and made weather-tight by the end of the day. • The contractor shall be responsible for verifying all measurements and thicknesses. • Ada County Operations will replace the sheetrock, and paint, in areas where it will need to be removed for window installation. Contractor to remove sheetrock. • The contractor will provide a quote using ¼” glass exterior pain with a ½” thick interior pane. • The Owner will occupy the site during the entire project. Cooperate with the Owner during the project to minimize the conflicts and facilitate owner usage. Perform the work so as not to interfere with the Owner’s operations.
