Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected Contractor will assist the RDA in refining the DPA Program and HRLP to ensure that they effectively and efficiently accomplish their respective purposes and meet all state and federal requirements. The selected Contractor, upon finalization of the programs, will implement the programs and provide administrative services including, but not limited to, loan application review, loan approval or denial, coordination of property inspections, review of contractor bids, deed of trust oversight, outreach and promotion of programing, quarterly reporting, and the monitoring of all program loans throughout their lifetime. The Contractor must also provide homeownership education and other support to ensure Midvale City residents are informed, prepared, and confident in their home loan decision making.
