Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contract Item #1– 1 DCU-MAX26 ARE Aluminum Truck Topper (MAX HD Series or equal) Agency will transport the 2023 GMC Sierra 3500HD from the Agency to the facility where all the modifications will be made and pick up upon completion of all modifications. Truck topper must be 6.5” in length to accommodate the existing 2023 GMC 3500HD / Crew Cab / TK30743 / 159” Wheelbase Truck topper must be 26” in height, above the top of the pickup bed. Truck topper must be ARE standard white exterior color. Truck topper must have a solid front, “no window”. Truck topper must be equipped with a full-length horizontal side raise up door on the driver’s side. Driver’s side raise up door must be a solid panel, no windows. Driver’s side raise up door must be equipped with a full-length standard toolbox / shelving package #2. Truck topper must be equipped with a full-length horizontal side raise up door on the passenger’s side. Passenger’s side raise up door must be a solid panel. 3.1.1.7.1.1 The raise up do will not have windows, toolboxes or shelving. Truck topper must be equipped with double rear vertical doors. Rear doors must be equipped with a glass window in each door. Rear doors must be equipped with a security screen over each window. Truck topper must be equipped with a 3rd brake light truck wiring harness. 3rd brake light must be equipped with a built-in backup camera. Truck topper must be equipped with an LED rope light and dome light at rear doors. Truck topper must be equipped with an LED rope light and dome 12-volt light at driver’s side door. Truck topper must be equipped with an auxiliary dome 12-volt light at the passenger side door. Truck topper must be equipped with a switch at the rear, wired to the parking lights. Truck topper must be equipped with e-locks on all topper door latches. Truck topper must be equipped with a basic welded aluminum roof ladder rack with two center supports. Truck topper must be equipped with four ED3702AC LED , or equal, amber / white strobe lights on the rear of the topper. Truck topper must be equipped with one MMBLEDLPR3CA, or equal, 16” low profile LED amber mini light bar. Truck topper must be equipped with a 3/16” aluminum mounting bracket on the top front of the topper. Truck topper must be equipped with one DOT red and white reflective stripe around the rear perimeter of the topper. Contract Item #2– 4 – ED3702AC, or equal, Amber/White Strobe lights for front truck grill. 3.1.2.1Strobe lights must be mounted to the front truck grill. 3.1.3 Contract Item #3 – 1-Mile Marker Grill Guard Winch Mount / Winch Tray. Winch mount / winch tray must be equipped to support up to 15,000 pounds. Winch mount / winch tray must be equipped with mile marker headlight hoops. Winch mount / winch tray must have a powder coated black finish. Contract Item #4 – 1 - 338-3 or equal Weather guard Pack RAT Drawer Unit Drawer unit must be installed in the load space floor. Contract Item #5 – 1 CG2000XL or equal Cargo Glide Sliding Platform in the Rear Load Space. Cargo glide sliding platforms must be mounted to the top of the Weather guard pack RAT drawer unit.
