The custodial banking services include, but are not limited to securely holding the Commonwealth's investment portfolio, which is exclusively comprised of fixed income securities. The bank will be responsible for settlement and delivery of securities transactions, providing timely information on the settlement status of securities purchases, sales and provide certain information supporting the investment accounting function including monthly reporting of held securities containing duration and YTW (Yield-to-Worst) on each line item security
