Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Document sharing of emPOWER/SVI data with Coalition members at least every six months. • Conduct annual VHEPC Medical Response and Surge Exercise before December 31, 2023 • Submit annual VHEPC HVA by December 31, 2023 • Submit annual VHEPC resource analysis by December 31, 2023 • Submit updated VHEPC governance by December 31, 2023 • Submit FY2024 VHEPC Draft Work Plan and Budget by January 31, 2024 • Submit VHEPC IPP by February 28, 2024 • Conduct VHEPC Radiation and Chemical Surge Annex Tabletop Exercise by March 31, 2024 • Submit annually revised VHEPC Plans by June 30, 2024 • Revise VHEPC planning to integrate any updated planning with VDH and Region 1 RDHRS by June 30, 2024 • Provide all exercising documentation (e.g., ExPlan, EEG, AAR/IP, attendance, etc.) quarterly • Provide all training documentation (e.g., hours of training provided to-date; attendance) quarterly • Track and report out on status of corrective actions tracked from previous exercises and real events quarterly • Submit updated VHEPC membership list quarterly • Submit proposed Coalition project spending for HPP programmatic needs using remaining unspent funds up to maximum allowable for approval. • Submit quarterly progress report • Record and distribute VHEPC meeting minutes within one week of meetings • Submit FY2023 VHEPC Final Annual Work Plan, Budget, within 30 days following receipt of contract • Prepare and distribute VHEPC quarterly newsletter or updates as determined by Coalition Executive Committee • Managing projected Coalition project funding
