The project limits are located at various school locations within the City of Las Vegas jurisdictional boundary. · JT McWilliams Elementary School: Hiawatha Road from Pebble Beach Boulevard to Elmhurst Lane and Tequesta Road from Forest Hills Lane to Carmen Boulevard. · Ralph Cadwallader Middle School: Elkhorn Road from Conough Lane to Buffalo Drive and Conough Lane from Elkhorn Road to Cul-de-sac. · Vegas Verdes Elementary School: Los Altos Street from Oakey Boulevard to EL Parque Avenue and Oakey Boulevard from west of Los Altos Place to east of las Verdes Street.
