Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Bidder shall provide alcohol sanitation wipes meeting the following minimum requirements: a. Wipes shall be: (1) At least seventy-five percent (75%) alcohol. (2) Antibacterial. (3) Lint-free. (4) Non-woven fabric. (5) Non-abrasive. (6) At least 5”x5”. (7) Be proven to eliminate ninety-nine percent (99%) of germs. (8) Non-toxic (9) Safe for ungloved hands and skin. (10) A shelf life of at least two (2) years from date of delivery. (11) Packaged in a plastic tub or packet that can be resealed after use. b. Each container of wipes shall contain no less than seventy-five (75) wipes, but no more than one hundred (100) wipes. c. Each case of wipes shall be marked with the quantity of containers confined therein. 2. After order placement, Bidder shall contact the Contract Manager forty-eight (48) hours in advance using the following contact information to schedule and coordinate delivery: a. Lisa Ritter, Lisa.Ritter@mdcourts.gov, 410-370-2046 (1) Deliveries shall be accepted between 8:30AM-3:00PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays. (2) Cases must be palletized and secured with wrap. (3) A loading dock is available for unloading deliveries. (4) Inside delivery required. 3. Delivery shall: a. Be comprised of two (2) shipments to the Judiciary location listed below over the span of the contract term. (1) The first shipment shall take place within thirty (30) calendar days after date of award to the following address: i Lisa Ritter (410-370-2046) 2002 Industrial Drive Annapolis, Maryland, 21401 4. Bidder shall provide Safety Data Sheets for all products. a. Wipe minimum requirements shall be included on the Safety Data Sheet and must be in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and standards.
