Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall have been in business for at least five (5) years providing temporary staffing services for corporate clients. B. The Contractor shall have a commercial business location in the counties of: Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, Bullitt, Nelson, Hardin, Trimble, Henry and Meade counties in Kentucky and Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Scott and Washington counties in Indiana. C. The Contractor shall designate one primary person as the Account Representative for Louisville Water Company, and provide contact information (name, address, email, work number, and cell number if applicable). The Account Representative’s primary commercial location must also be located as stated above in “Paragraph B”. Representative must be available for in-person meetings with Louisville Water Staff at either their primary commercial office or Louisville Water office. The Contractor shall also provide, if different, a payment remittance mailing address. D. All temporary personnel working on Louisville Water Company work time or on our property shall be drug and alcohol free and shall abide by all Louisville Water Company policies and procedures, including but not limited to: Code of Conduct, Attendance and Punctuality, Harassment, Sexual Harassment, Dress Code Procedure. E. All temporary personnel working on Louisville Water Company work time or on our property shall abide by all applicable laws and regulations. F. Contractor response time to provide qualified personnel shall be within the timeframe specified by Louisville Water Company at the time of the request. G. Prior to the temporary personnel’s assignment start date at Louisville Water Company, the Contractor must perform drug screen and background checks to validate the temporary personnel’s eligibility (i.e. non-positive drug screen results, eligible to work in the United States, required education) and qualifications to perform the job duties. The Contractor must validate and notify Louisville Water Company, in writing, within the same time period if temporary personnel have a felony and/or misdemeanor conviction (s) within the past seven (7) years; or appears on the Sexual Offender Registration List. H. The Contractor must follow all federal and state regulations for conducting drug screens and background checks. Background checks shall include, but not be limited to: Social Security Number trace; County criminal check; multi state criminal check; sex offender records; driver’s record; education and credit checks. I. Louisville Water Company reserves the right to reject any temporary personnel based on the relationship of the background check results to the suitability of placement for a specific position. J. Prior to the start of a temporary staffing assignment, The Contractor must notify Louisville Water Company, in writing, stating that the temporary personnel has satisfied the drug screen and background check requirements.
