Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project will include profession engineering services related to permanent and construction easement acquisition, project design, regulatory reviews and approvals, preparation of bidding documents, bidding assistance, public involvement, and construction administration services associated with the installation of a large diameter pipeline. The new pipeline will begin at the connection to an existing tee at the Northeast Pump Station near 98th and Alvo Road and terminate at approximately 88th and Holdrege with a connection to an existing 54-inch steel pipeline. Professional services will also include assisting Lincoln Water System (LWS) with obtaining the remaining easements as shown in Attachment 1 including property surveys, preparation of legal descriptions, and other documents required for purchase of easements.
