Answer: The price schedule (B.1) lists the minimum work schedule. However, FAR 52.216-9 applies.
Question; If not, please explain the part-time position based on the given possible wide range of days, shifts and hours?
Answer: The requirement is limited to coverage for weekends, weeknights, holidays, and additional days to ensure that Radiology services are available when requested in support of direct patient care.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is conducted in accordance with pursuant to the authority of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; and FAR 37.101 - Nonpersonal Services Contract.
The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery – Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Commercial Item contract in response to Request for Quotation (RFQ) 08-31-2021-LD. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The associated North American Industry Classification System code is 621512 and the small business size standard is $15.0 million.
