Specifications include, but are not limited to: General: AC/DC multi-process diesel engine driven welder mounted on a single axle trailer. Welder shall be housed in a heavyduty gauge steel case for low noise level. Welder: Shall be designed for stick, TIG, MIG, and wire feed welding applications, AC and DC constant current rated outputs shall be at least 300 amps at 32V/25 arc volts/100 percent duty cycle, with 20 to 400 amps output range. Unit shall have remote output control capability for connection of wire feeders and accessories. Engine: Welder shall be powered by a water-cooled Kubota electric start tier 4 final diesel engine with at least 20.2 HP and the following features: • Indicator lights for battery charging, oil pressure, and engine temperature. • Engine hour meter. • Automatic engine shutdown protection for low oil pressure or high coolant temperature. • At least I I.5 US Gallon fuel capacity. • Automatic engine idler. • Heavy-duty two-stage dry cartridge air cleaner. • 12-vo)t battery rated at 495 cold cranking amps (minimum) • Spark arrest muffler • Block Heater
