Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide architecture and engineering design services and to provide renovation-construction bid documents suitable for advertisement using state purchasing procedures. The shower/restroom areas will be fully renovated and updated to meet all current building codes and to better support the needs of the soldiers and civilian personnel at the facility, (“Project”); for the USPFO (United States Property & Fiscal Office), located in Buckhannon, WV. The awarded vendor will provide a construction design, assistance in competitive bidding for the construction work, and construction administration once a construction contract is awarded (A/E work hereinafter “Project” and construction work hereinafter “Construction”)
