Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas, on behalf of the Airport Department, is accepting bids for mowing and landscaping as a Term Contract. Initial Service: Pull weeds and replenish mulch as needed in Landscape areas at Airport Entrance sign, Bill Edwards Center (BEC) Entrance Sign, and around the BEC building (west entrance). Mulch to be supplied by Vendor - must match existing mulch/rock. Weekly mowing of all areas on the map, approximately 14.30 acres: mowing edging and weed eating. Area 1 - 3.10 acres Area 2 - 2.00 acres Area 3 - 4.70 acres Area 4 - 3.00 acres Area 5 - .50 acres Area 6 - .50 acres Area 7 - .50 acres Area 8 - 2.6 acres - Mowing must be done with mulching mowers, set no lower than 3" unless you have permissions from Airport Staff. - Pick up any trash and debris before mowing. - On the map area, 7 and part of 6 will require Airport Staff escort. - Blow all clippings from street and sidewalks; pick up any trash/debris exposed or generated by mowing, edging, or weed eating. - Before mowing, weed eating, or edging around vehicles vendor must notify tenants. - Mowing weekly from April through October.
