Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Pocatello has secured funding for lead hazard control and healthy homes projects for property owners located at: 836 Berryman Road Unit A, 826 Berryman Road Unit B, 1255 S. 4th Avenue, and 415 Wyldwood Lane, Pocatello, Idaho 83201. The projects will comprise interior and exterior lead-based paint remediation including scraping, painting, and priming. Contractors are required to follow all US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Lead Safe Housing Rules and US Department of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations including proper Lead-Based Paint Abatement Supervisor, Lead-Based Paint Abatement Worker, and Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) certifications.
