Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department for Children and Families, including its’ Child Development Division, Economic Services Division, and Family Services Division, is seeking to enter into a contract or contracts with one or more vendors to efficiently provide door-to-door, demand-response transportation statewide for individuals that meet the eligibility requirements defined in Attachment A in more detail for each of the following transportation types: 1. Specialized Child Care Transportation Services for CDD, 2. Reach Up/Dually-Enrolled Transportation Services for ESD, 3. Standard Transportation Services for FSD, 4. Safety Enhanced Transportation Services for FSD, and 5. Supported Family Time Services for FSD.
