Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is a blanket bid request for the purchase of miscellaneous medical supplies to be orderedon an as-needed basis only. Items listed in Attachment B: Product List are commonly useditems, the brand of items and what the City purchased the last two years ordering history.There is no guaranteed that all items on Attachment B will be purchased. The City is open toother manufacturers of an item as long as the vendor identifies as such in the bid. Nosubstitutions, or changes, to any order will be allowed without the approval of a Cityrepresentative. The City, occasionally, may order items not on bid list. In those cases, it isthe expectation that the awarded vendor will provide the most economical option for thatitem(s)
