Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of any Contract resulting from this Solicitation, is for the Contractor to provide HVAC maintenance and repair services, which includes, but is not limited to, preventive maintenance, diagnostic services, and repairs of all commercial HVAC systems for 7 buildings located at the Project Site. The Contractor shall provide all Deliverables under the Contract on an on-call, quarterly, seasonal, and annual basis. All Deliverables under the Contract must be provided at the quality level and in the manner consistent with industry standards, customs, and practice, and are subject to inspection and acceptance by the TxDMV Contract Monitor or a TxDMV authorized representative at any time, to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions of the Contract.
