Specifications include, but are not limited to: TechLink is a federally funded technology transfer center at Montana State University, serving as the U.S. Department of Defense’s and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ primary national partnership intermediary. TechLink helps business license DOD and VA patented and protected inventions to industry, resulting in federally funded R&D converting into new commercial products and services. TechLink also provides training and education to the DoD technology transfer workforce. We increase awareness of available DoD and VA partnership opportunities through Nationwide marketing efforts and analyze and promote the impacts of DoD and VA technology transfer on the Nation’s economy and the U.S. warfighter and society. TechLink aims to develop its federal training, education and outreach activities which include hosting meetings, and training and outreach events for our federal partners and others. TechLink is seeking event management services to assist with the planning and execution of its events, meetings and conferences. The type of events TechLink hosts include but are not limited to: a three day, in-person, classroom-style training event for federal employees with estimated attendance up to 60 with 15 observers; half or full-day meetings with 10-20 attendees located both in Montana and out of state; other project related events.
