Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University System of New Hampshire (hereafter referred to as USNH or Owner) representing Keene State College and Plymouth State University, in requesting bids for rental mini refrigerator to be supplied and delivered by the awarded Firm. There are CCTV recordings throughout each campus’s public spaces. 2.1.1. The Firm shall provide mini refrigerator options to the students, including combination of mini refrigerator and microwave. 2.1.2. Each campus reserves the right to review the catalog items offered and request removal of items that are not permitted on campus. 2.1.3. At Keene State College, there can only be one mini fridge per dorm room. 2.1.4. At Keene State College, the microwave/fridge combination, when the microwave is in use the power for the fridge is reduced. 2.1.5. At Keene State College, the maximum size fridge is 4.2 cu feet. 2.1.6. At Plymouth State College the maximum size fridge is 5.0 cu feet. 2.1.7. Refrigerators and microwaves must be energy star rated. 2.1.8. Provide the Firm’s privacy notice for student’s information, including but not limited to, home, email, phone, and payment data. 2.1.9. Provide customer service, including phone, email, and/or online chat. 2.1.10. The Firm shall be responsible for removing packaging and trash. Dumpsters will not be provided. 2.1.11. The Firm shall take all measures required to ensure the safety of other firms on site as well as the safety of the campus community and the general public. 2.1.12. The Firm is responsible for receiving and storing their own materials, including unloading delivery trucks, checking deliveries, and transportation to the delivery site. 2.1.13. For deliveries and/or pick-up occurring at the beginning and end of each semester, site access and parking shall be coordinated with the Owner representative. 2.1.14. Preference for initial deliveries at the beginning of the semester to occur prior to students moving in. 2.1.15. Preference for campuses to be able to select the delivery and removal dates of that occur at the beginning and end of each semester.
