Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Borough requires the collection of baseline data on the mental health impact in the NPR-A, which will include: screening, scoping, assessment, recommendations, reporting, monitoring, and evaluating potential impacts of proposed development on the mental health and wellbeing of the communities. The information developed through the HIA process will be used to design appropriate mitigation and behavioral health intervention strategies. The project will create guidelines intended to help oil and gas producers work collaboratively with the NSB to address behavioral health issues. The project will also identify strategies to address the effects of electronics and reduced human contact during the formative years (0-6 years of age) in the NPRA region.
