Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide full time Certified Technician(s) to DVISD Monday thru Thursday Renewable on a monthly basis. Technicians will arrive on time daily to the DVISD M&F Offices / Assigned location for an 8 hour shift from 7:30 am – 4:00pm. Technicians will work on whatever equipment is at fault throughout the district in regards to their HVAC equipment. Technicians will be fully licensed to handle all repairs and or maintenance requests that come from the district. Technicians will report back to the district all findings. Technicians will report directly to DVISD M&F Coordinator / Asst. Director / Director Hours are based on DVISD needs starting out Monday-Thursday 8-hour work day Hours above 32 will be billed at the overtime rate and must have director approval Work is to be performed at all the properties, owned, leased or managed by DVISD. Technicians will adhere to all relevant laws, procedures, and codes set out by the Local, State and or Federal Government. Parts and Equipment will be furnished by DVISD.
