Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replace five (5) exhaust fans, Clean ducts, Duct Smoke Detectors, thermostats, dampers, filters, belts (if any), motors, coils, condensers, grills, diffusers, vents, connections and any other mechanical component not listed. 2. Mini Split – Install a new mini split system in a new computer room, including electrical, ducting and other necessary components 3. Exhaust Fans – Replace five (5) various sizes with 1 each in the restrooms and 3 in various rooms. 4. Inspect all units listed 5. Repairs, include a $5,000 allowance per year for minor repairs and parts/labor charges. 6. Replacement, if necessary, some items may have to be bid out. 7. Duct cleaning twice a year for 5 years. 8. Test and Balance as necessary.
