NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES. This notice serves as an official Amendment to this solicitation notice. The Attach 2 - Price List is hereby revised. Please see attached/new price list.
This amendment adds an additional (reimbursable line item) for herbicides and chemical applications. This is to account for the actual chemical/herbicidal need as required per order, which will be reimbursed at cost. Line item(s) for herbicide application should include the cost of application/performance. Line Item 0008, will be used for reimbursement of the herbicide/chemicals.

In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Interested Offerors are advised to read the attachments. The Attached Solicitation includes all terms & conditions, clauses and provisions, instructions to offerors, and evaluation/award procedures.
This solicitation, FA489721R0004 Rangeland Maintenance Services (RMS),
is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular in effect at time of posting this notice.
This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(a).
The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 562910 with a size standard of $22M Dollars.
The subject RFQ number is: FA489721R0004 Rangeland Maintenance Services (RMS).

The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the System for Award Management database @ www.sam.gov prior to consideration for award.
