Specifications include, but are not limited to: The HA intends to award contract(s) to firms to provide architectural/engineering design services (A/E) for various projects the HA may develop. Services may include, but are not limited to typical A/E services pertaining to: Site planning such as concrete, stairs, sidewalks, walkways, driveways, parking areas, retaining walls, landscape construction, etc. Basketball court renovation/installation Playground renovation/installation Complex boiler room retrofit planning. Roof work. Exterior siding and trim, window replacement, lead abatement. Electrical services. Elevator services. Fire, smoke and carbon monoxide detector installation requirements. Small scale renovations or new construction projects, such as, but not limited to: Handicap ramps and overhead ramp covering Salt shed.
