Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Review all relevant planning documents and supporting material related to the history of the park, previous planning efforts and associated documents including the comprehensive plan for the town (Recreation Chapter) and a recent survey of residents. 2. Identify and review current programming and facilities in Ninigret Park. 3. Identify site constraints and environmental issues, including related EPA documentation. 4. Interview with Parks Department staff and meetings as required with members of the Parks and Recreation Commission and appropriate subcommittees. 5. Undertake a field analysis of the park, evaluating all site conditions (infrastructure, landscaping, parking, buildings etc.). 6. Prepare a summary report of current park conditions, activities, and issues, and develop an updated conditions plan of Ninigret Park.
