This notice/solicitation provides Federal Library and Information Network (FEDLINK) multiple award contracts vendors under the Subscription Category fair opportunity to be considered pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(1)(i).
This solicitation is issued by the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of its Office of the Chief Counsel for a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) on-line legal research service subscription. This notice/solicitation has been prepared in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(1)(ii). Only quotes from FEDLINK Subscription Contractors are being requested and will be considered.
