Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of the Secretary of State requests proposals from qualified Contractors capable of providing print and mail services necessary for the conduct of elections and voter registration obligations. Since election dates are established by law and cannot be changed, time is of the essence in the performance by the Contractor to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all supplies for each election. Printing & Supplies The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to supply end to end services necessary to provide order tracking, design, proofing, printing, packaging, and delivery of a variety of election related print materials and related supplies necessary to conduct statewide and non-statewide elections in the state of New Mexico. Election supplies and printing services include, but are not limited to, the listing in Appendix D of this RFP and include specialty ballot envelopes used for provisional voting, operational supplies, mandatory forms, and posters.
