Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of this formal Request for Statement of Qualifications to select a qualified consultant to act as the Program Management Consultant (PMC) to support the Regional Transportation Commission. The PMC services are needed to support the RTC's Capital Projects and associated design and construction activities. The PMC will act as an extension to the RTC staff to also provide assistance in other areas such as transit planning and operations, transit amenities, vehicle procurement and fleet management, facilities management, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and Safety & Security, etc. The RTC does not employ the many construction, engineering and other technical specialists required to implement all RTC projects and services. The PMC staff will provide support in all program management functions necessary to ensure timely completion of projects within the assigned budget.
