Specifications include, but are not limited to: HVAC Contractor: • Coordinate unit shutdown with Detention Center and electrician • Provide eight (8) new Honeywell TH6220 Pro Series (Programmable/Non-programmable) thermostats • Provide eight (8) new Honeywell C7 Remote Sensors • Provide eight (8) custom boxes to cover sensor (Clayton’s Consulting and Welding has specifications) • Disconnect old thermostats and leave in place • Coordinate for electrician to run wiring from RTU’s to inside the guard office and remote sensor locations. • Connect thermostat wiring to RTU’s • Connect thermostat wiring to thermostat • Verify operation of thermostat and instruct Sebastian County on operation Electrician: • Install eight (8) new Honeywell TH6220 Pro Series (Programmable/Non-programmable) thermostats in the central guard office between blocks GG & JJ. • Install eight (8) new Honeywell C7 Remote Sensors (two sensors on opposite sides of room in GG pod, JJ pod, GG common area, JJ common area) o Two sensors shall be mounted high in the larger cells on the upper level of GG and JJ. Two other sensors shall be mounted in the common area a couple of feet down from the drop ceiling. • Anchor eight (8) custom square boxes for remote sensors to be mounted USING LEAD CONCRETE ANCHORS • Supply and install conduit from thermostat boxes to up above drop ceiling of control room. Conduit not required above ceiling or in chase(s) • Supply and install conduit in pipe chase and drill through holes through CONCRETE walls into GG and JJ pods for remote sensor wiring • Supply and install conduit up block wall to above ceiling in GG and JJ common areas for remote sensor wiring • Supply and install new 18/8 thermostat wiring from RTU’s on the roof to the thermostats in control room • Supply and install new 18/4 thermostat wiring from each remote sensor to thermostat. Control wiring shall be ran through chase and above the drop ceiling.
