Specifications include, but are not limited to: A visual inspection shall be made of the complete aerial device, bucket / platform lift truck and derrick trucks, including outriggers and or torsion bar assemblies and other area areas which may affect unit safety, stability and performance; This inspection is written for the purpose of defining annual inspection and test procedure to be completed for aerial devices (bucket tucks, digger derricks, cranes, and platforms trucks). This specification shall become part of the agreement between INDOT and the successful contractor awarded such inspection and test. Testing shall include a thorough visual and operational inspection utilizing dielectric or other methods as set forth by ANSI, ASTM, OSHA, and the equipment manufactures.
