Specifications include, but are not limited to: In 2017, Idaho Public Television competitively bid and purchased our Imagine Nexio Video File Server from Heartland Video Systems with CPO 171900178, which included five years of Imagine My Care services maintenance. We need to continue this maintenance for another year. It is critical we continue the Imagine My Care maintenance agreement for all of the components of the existing system as configured by Heartland Video Systems and as per section 042.vi below: vi. Ongoing maintenance, upgrades, support or additional license for software or other informational technology solutions, including a change in the manner of solution delivery; which software or solution was originally acquired in compliance with the purchasing laws in effect at the time of acquisition;
