Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Training Site Support Facility (TSSF) personnel at Fort Harrison, Montana oversees billeting, laundry, and basic housekeeping services in multiple properties primarily for Montana National Guards men and women, and at times, outside entities requiring specialized training and/or active and retired military personnel. This requires a concerted effort to coordinate services through the use of an integrated/sophisticated software program managed by a Property Management contractor. The successful offeror will be the Property Management Services provider for these hospitality services as well as the software program to be used in the fulfillment of these duties as outlined in the Scope of Work. There will also be a required walk-through prior to proposal.
