Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Dubuque has substandard infrastructure located at the intersection of St Anne Drive and Avalon Drive. This intersection experiences inadequate drainage conditions that have contributed to the deterioration of the adjacent City infrastructure. This project includes the installation of approximately 290 linear feet of 15” RCP and approximately 270 linear feet of each perforated and non-perforated 6” drain tile. The project also includes the replacement of approximately 180 linear feet of sanitary sewer main and approximately 160 linear feet of water distribution mains. The paved area of the intersection will be removed and a compacted subbase installed. City Public Works personnel will coordinate schedules with the contractor and will install the final HMA surface. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Iowa Statewide Urban Design and Specifications (SUDAS), 2020 Edition, and the City Supplemental Specifications, 2020 Edition.
