Scope of work includes demolition of the existing structure, abatement of asbestos required, and replacement with a new structure including appurtenances, concrete, masonry, metals, thermal moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, plumbing, electrical and exterior improvements. Scope also includes the removal, protection, and reinstallation of the new pool equipment
