Specifications include, but are not limited to: · Bright Start Pre-K Center: Demolition of four (4) Gas fired furnaces and five (5) packaged gas/dx rooftop units. Installation of four (1) new gas fired furnaces connected to existing evaporator coils and five (5) new packaged DX/Gas unit rooftop units. Scope of work shall also include the associated electrical connections to equipment, gas piping, roof work, structural supports, and controls. · High School (Main Campus): Demolition of three (3) DX, cooling only rooftop units and three (3) duct mounted heating water coils and all associated piping, ductwork. Installation of three (3) new packaged DX/Gas unit rooftop units with associated ductwork and controls. Scope of work shall also include the associated electrical connections to equipment, gas piping, roof work, structural supports, and controls. · High School (Annex): Demolition of four (4) DX, cooling only rooftop units and four (4) duct mounted heating water coils and all associated piping, ductwork. Installation of four (4) new packaged DX/Gas unit rooftop units with associated ductwork and controls. Installation of one (1) new ductless split system with indoor ceiling cassette unit and outdoor, roof mounted heat pump. Scope of work shall also include the associated electrical connections to equipment, gas piping, refrigerant piping, roof work, structural supports, and controls. · High School (East Campus): Demolition of fifteen (15) packaged DX/gas rooftop units, ductwork. Installation of sixteen (16) new packaged DX/Gas unit rooftop units with associated ductwork. Scope of work shall also include the associated electrical connections to equipment, gas piping, refrigerant piping, roof work, structural supports, and controls. · High School (Focus/Maintenance Building): Demolition of two (2) Gas fired furnaces w/ evaporator coils and remote, ground mounted condensing units. Installation of two (2) new gas fired furnaces w/ evaporator coils and remote, ground mounted condensing units. Scope of work shall also include the associated electrical connections to equipment, gas piping, roof work, structural supports, and controls. · High School (McKinley IT): Demolition of one (1) packaged DX/gas rooftop unit. Installation of one (1) new packaged DX/Gas unit rooftop unit and two (2) new exhaust fans. Scope of work shall also include the associated electrical connections to equipment, gas piping, roof work, structural supports, and controls. · Sunflower Elementary School: Demolition of five (5) packaged DX/gas rooftop units & one (1) packaged DX/gas makeup air-unit along with some ductwork. Installation of five (5) new packaged DX/Gas unit rooftop units and one (1) new packaged DX/gas Dedicated Outdoor Air System unit with associated ductwork. Scope of work shall also include the associated electrical connections to equipment, gas piping, refrigerant piping, roof work, structural supports, and controls.
