Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services will include mowing of lawns and greenspaces and other associated tasks (including but not limited to clearing leaves, sticks, fallen branches, trash and debris) at several City properties in accordance with the specifications outlined in Section 9 herein. The work shall be completed weekly (unless otherwise noted herein) to maintain grass lengths through the summer and autumn seasons. City property locations are indicated in plan in Attachment B. Contractor shall provide services for the following City properties: 7.1.2 Landry Park “Landry Park” is defined herein as the grassy fields, ballpark and turf within Landry Park, which is bound by Pine Street, 23 Pine Street, 19 Pine Street, and 176 North Street to the South; the fence line along North Street to the east; and the tree line and fences to the north and west. Contractor shall be required to pick up trash and cut back vegetation within ten (10) feet of the edge of the skate park hardtop. Grass on the south-facing hill north of centerfield of the ballpark shall be cut once every two weeks instead of weekly. 7.1.3 North Street Gardens and Greenbelt “North Street Gardens and Greenbelt” is defined herein as the grassy area between the west edge of North Street and the east fence of Landry Park, extending between the property lines of 176 North Street and 250 North Street. 7.1.4 Myers Pool and Landry Gardens “Myers Pool and Landry Gardens” is defined herein as the grassy area located at the Myers pool complex located at 62 Pine Street.
