All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: I. Phase 1 1. Access to the Interactive Stream project shall be maintained from the East for the Interactive Stream Contractor as noted on the phasing plan. 2. Bluebird Road shall be closed to public traffic during completion of work. 3. The entrance road to the Schramm Treehouse project and maintenance area can be closed for a period of up to fourteen (14) calendar days. Closures shall be coordinated with Park Superintendent. 4. The Contractor shall maintain an accessible single lane drive for park maintenance personal to the Schramm Treehouse project and maintenance area outside of the allowed fourteen (14) calendar day closure period. The Contractor shall provide temporary rock surfacing if necessary. 5. The Contractor shall divert spring water discharging into pond 7 via temporary piping or by pumping during construction of bank stabilization at pond 7. Spring water flow rate is approximately 200 gallons per minute. Water shall be discharged to the existing pond outlet structure free of sediment and debris or routed to another pond as coordinated with Park Superintendent. 6. The Contractor shall dewater existing pond 7 as necessary to construct bank stabilization. 7. Phase 1 work can be performed concurrently with Phase 2. 8. Work may begin on August 15, 2023 and shall be completed by October 15, 2023. II. Phase 2 1. Access to the Interactive Stream project entrance shall be maintained from the East for the Interactive Stream Contractor as noted on the phasing plan. 2. Bluebird Road shall be closed to public traffic during completion of work. 3. The entrance road to the Schramm Treehouse project and maintenance area can be closed for a period of up to fourteen (14) calendar days. Closures shall be coordinated with Park Superintendent. 4. The Contractor shall maintain an accessible single lane drive for park maintenance personal to the Schramm Treehouse project and maintenance area outside of the allowed fourteen (14) calendar day closure period. The Contractor shall provide temporary rock surfacing if necessary. 5. Phase 2 work can be performed concurrently with Phase 1. 6. Guardrail shall be constructed adjacent to Phase 1 and Phase 2. 7. Work may begin on August 15, 2023 and shall be complete by October 30, 2023. III. Phase 3 1. Access to the Interactive Stream project shall be maintained from the East or the West for the Interactive Stream Contractor as noted on the phasing plan. The Interactive Stream Contractor is anticipated to meet substantial completion on or prior to November 30, 2023. The Interactive Stream Contractor is anticipated to reach project completion by May 31, 2024. 2. Bluebird Road shall be closed to public traffic during completion of work. 3. Segments as shown on the phasing plans within Phase 3 can be performed concurrently. 4. Access to the Interactive Stream project can be closed for a period of up to fourteen (14) calendar days after November 30, 2023 as coordinated with the Engineer. 5. Work within Phase 3 may begin after November 30, 2023 and shall be complete by June 20, 2024.
