Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for the removal of all existing roofing, approximately 3,200 s.f., to be replaced with new tapered insultation, EPDM membrane, edge blocking, and edge metals. Work also includes tuckpointing of the masonry, masonry and concrete infill to seal previous abandoned equipment, holes, and cracks, and removal and replacement of all stone sealants. The existing windows and doors will be replaced with aluminum framing, and the north windows will include mesh protective screens. The project also consists of the removal of abandoned wiring, modification of exterior lighting, and the addition of lighting above the main entry.
