Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Nebraska intends to procure a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for improvements to Memorial Stadium on the UNL city campus (the “Project”). The Project is anticipated to be completed in phases, each of which will be subject to a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) within the University’s budget for such phase and the overall Project. The overall Project budget is being evaluated and will be determined by the University in its sole discretion. The proposed project includes various renovations within Memorial Stadium. Renovations may include, but may not limited to, restroom upgrades, addition of points of sale and concession stand upgrades, addition of ADA vertical circulation and seating upgrades.
