Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Garden City - Garden City Regional Airport is requesting formal proposals for the lease of the Flight Deck Restaurant located at the Garden City Regional Airport, 2225 S. Air Service Road. The terminal at the airport is currently under construction with Phase I anticipated to be open in July 2023. Phase I of the terminal construction project includes space for the airport’s restaurant commonly referred to as the Flight Deck. The city requests the restaurant remains under the name “Flight Deck.” The restaurant space is all new construction will all new appliances and furniture. The city will provide utilities including water, sewer, gas, solid waste, and electricity at no expense to the operator. The operator is responsible for all other operating expenses such as phone, tv, internet, music services, POS, kitchen and restaurant equipment maintenance and service including but not limited to coolers, ovens, sinks, bar equipment, grease trap, fire hood, and all other operating expenses. The operator is responsible for kitchenware and tableware. The restaurant plays a vital role serving a variety of customers including commercial and general aviation passengers, pilots, airport employees, tenants, military, surrounding area residents, and the general public from Finney County, (Garden City, Holcomb and Pierceville), and Gray County (Ingalls).
