Specifications include, but are not limited to: Arkansas State University is seeking proposals from vendors to provide Audio/Stage Lighting Services for Special Events. The successful vendor must have the capability and capacity to provide a variety of Audio/Lighting equipment and the specialized labor to install it for different events. The successful vendor shall have a minimum of $2,000,000 (two million dollars) in insurance coverage. The successful vendor shall have $500,000 in personal equipment and access to $2,000,000 in additional equipment. Vendor must be able to supply Back Line upon request. All equipment shall be high quality concert/event sound systems and stage lighting systems. Successful vendor shall reside within a radius of three hundred miles or less to Jonesboro, Arkansas. When submitting your references, use only venues with minimum capacities of 5,000. As House Rigger, vendor must supply Department Heads for electricians, carpenters, and material handlers.
