Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of New Orleans (“City”), through the Chief Administrative Office, is soliciting bids seeking qualified contractors to support a proactive and comprehensive approach to graffiti abatement. Under this contract, the winning bidder (“Contractor”) will be responsible for managing and responding to requests for graffiti removal, as well as identifying, recording, and abating graffiti on private and public properties within key corridors and hotspot areas identified by the City. i. On-call graffiti removal at the direction of City employees as incidences are identified, including responding to requests for graffiti removal referred to the contractor through the City’s 311 nonemergency services call line and management portal. ii. Independent management of a work order management system, where incidences can be input, tracked, assigned to technicians, updated according to abatement progress, and attached to photo and/or video evidence of “before and after” abatement services (system should be permanently accessible to City employees responsible for managing contractor). iii. Routine patrolling and monitoring of key corridors and hotspots throughout the city, which will be identified in a list provided by the City prior to contract beginning that is subject to modification throughout the duration of the contract. iv. Monitoring, identifying, and recording of incidences of graffiti on public and private property identified by contractor during patrols. v. Regular submission of incidences identified during contractor patrols to City employees to authorize removal by contractor and documentation of authorization prior to beginning of graffiti removal work
