Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional services needs are anticipated for multiple facilities across the State of Texas, representing a wide variety of building/occupancy types. Specific projects are likely to be identified with scopes that are predominately, but not limited to: 1) Utility; 2) Road and Site Work; 3) Safety/Security; 4) General Building Repairs; 5) HVAC System Replacement; 6) Design of new structures; 7) Design of retrofit and repairs; 8) Structural forensics and evaluations; 9) Geotechnical Services-Foundation Engineering; and 10) Structural Engineering – and/or building envelope/waterproofing/roofing. Each project will be assigned to a DP which will provide the required professional disciplines with its own forces or qualified professionals subcontracted to the DP
